What I Read: My Hygge Home

I picked this book up after reading the Little Book of Hygge by Meik Wiking. I was so inpsired to rethink some of the design details of my home after reading the Little Book of Hygge, and loved that he wrote a whole book about Hygge in the home. 

This book is not a design book, and I had hoped that it would be. The photos, which are a major part of the book, are not design related, but instead are essence related. What I realize now is that I would have loved a book from an interior designer talking about Hygge. Meik isn't a designer, but still design oriented and a great source on Hygge. Despite a few unmet expectations, My Hygge Home still ended up being a great book thanks to Meik's expertise and humor.
