The Enneagram 5's Existential Crisis

Maybe this is just me struggling to come to grips with being in my 30s, but I find myself wanting to learn more than I fear I will be able to fit in to the rest of my life. More languages, more skills, more history and culture. I want to learn in a specialized way too, and become a master at it. 

The more you learn about anything, the better you can be at being curious about everything, right? Maybe specializing in one area of learning does open us up to learning more than we even considered learnable. In specializing in a thing, I have to believe that it won't limit my perspective, but teach me how to ask better questions and more honestly receive everything.
